Wings Metro

WINGS transformed a former police district facility and built an annex to create WINGS Metro, a new domestic violence shelter providing women and children with everything they need to get their lives back on track.

WINGS Metro is the first domestic violence shelter to be built in Chicago in more than 10 years. It features 40 beds, a suite-style living environment, state-of-the-art kitchen, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, private garden and play space, a multi-purpose room, computer lab and lounge.
